New Batch Of Mud Cleaner For European Customer

TRQJ series drilling mud cleaner are combined from Desander, Desilter and and Underflow Screen. Nowadays it’s popular by our clients for its combination function. This week, we completed the fabrication and assembly of 4pcs mud cleaner for our European customer. Now they are waiting for client’s instruction to arrange shipment. These equipment will be used in Ukraine, in consideration of the working temperature. They are designed to be put in a container.

New mud cleaners are being assembled in TR workshop.

This containerized system is composed of 4pcs TRQJ300*2S-100*14N mud cleaners and their spare parts for two-year operation. Capacity of one mud cleaner is 300m3/h with 2pcs 300mm desander cyclones and 14pcs 100mm desilter cyclones. Working pressure ranges from 0.25Mpa to 0.4Mpa. Inlet size is DN150mm, meanwhile outlet size is DN200mm. Bottom shaker is our TRZS583 with 3pcs Swaco screen 585*1165mm. Our equipment will be used in oil & gas drilling field of Ukraine.
