Shale Shaker and Decanter Centrifuge Sent to Russia

On November 6th, TRZPS585 shale shaker and decanter centrifuge were completed and sent to Tianjin Port. Then it will deliver to our Russian client by sea. This shale shaker is a double-motion type, and we can adjust vibration motion according to different drilling mud. Vibration motion of shale shaker includes linear motion and balanced elliptical motion, which are suitable for all mud. Centrifuge is decanter centrifuge for solid-liquid separation. It’s mainly used to separate solid particles in mud and to collect barite in the slurry.

The difference between double-motion shaker and ordinary shale shaker is that ordinary one has two vibrating motors. But double-motion shaker has three motors, two large motors of the same power and one small motor. If customer needs linear motion shaker, the two big motors can be used to realize linear motion. If the customer needs BEM shale shaker, first to open two big motors. After motors run smoothly, start the small motor and the motion will form balanced elliptical motion. Our mud shaker can accommodate all kinds of mud.

High-speed decanter centrifuge mainly separates fine particles of 2μm to 5μm in mud. It forms strong centrifugal force by high-speed rotation of the drum. And then separates the solid phase and the liquid phase in mud by density difference. TR decanter centrifuge adopts centrifugal casting of duplex stainless steel 2205. It’s the most ideal material for manufacturing the drum of centrifuge. It has zero defect, strong anti-rust ability and high hardness.
